Remi Staat

Remi Staat has extensive experience in financial leadership and internal audit roles, currently serving as the Group Internal Audit & Control Director at Clarins Group since 2016, after previously holding the position of Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing local agent acquisitions and optimizing cash management. Prior to Clarins, Remi held significant roles at Lagardere Active from 2000 to 2012, including Deputy Managing Director of the Music Radios division, where international development was achieved through multiple acquisitions, and Chief Financial Officer for international operations. Earlier career experiences include Deputy Managing Director at Grolier Interactive, Financial Controller at Hachette Livre, Internal Auditor at Lagardere, Financial Analyst at Credit Lyonnais, and Auditor at Ernst & Young. Education was completed at HEC Paris from 1985 to 1988.
