Romane Pineau

Romane Pineau currently serves as a Chef de produit junior at Groupe Clarins, focusing on the development and management of four limited edition makeup collections since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistante chef de produit for Lips and Eyes at Groupe Clarins, where responsibilities involved overseeing projects for future years, product development for Asia, and conducting competitive analysis. Previous positions include Assistante chef de produit Haircare at Yves Rocher, where project management for product development was a key duty, and marketing roles at Z & MA, which encompassed operational and digital marketing, content management, and CRM activities. Romane's earlier experience included client-facing roles at Centres Porsche and Orange, as well as animating children’s activities at a leisure center. Romane is pursuing a Master 2 alternance at Rennes School of Business, building on a solid educational foundation that includes preparatory classes for grandes écoles and a Bac ES.
