Matt Redlon is the current President and CEO of Clario Analytics. Matt has previous experience as a Director, Strategy, Research & Product Development for UnitedHealth Group from April 2002 to October 2006. There, they led market research and product development teams, along with the creation of the five year market strategy for the dynamic United Essentials (UE) organization. UE was tasked with defining and developing innovative solutions for the growing un- and under-insured populations in America. Before that, they worked as a Research Analyst for Bluestem Brands, Inc. from January 2001 to April 2002. There, they cut their "business world" teeth in the legendary Fingerhut (now Bluestem Brands) Business Intelligence Group. Matt learned SAS programming, quantitative analysis, predictive modeling and database marketing from a veteran team of statisticians, operations researchers, and marketers. Prior to that, they worked as a Respiratory Therapist for UP Health System - Marquette from August 1997 to December 2000. And finally, they worked as a Cardiopulmonary Laboratory Technician for the United States Air Force from September 1993 to August 1997.

Redlon has an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and MIS from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Matt also has a Bachelor of Science in Economics with minors in Finance and Mathematics from Northern Michigan University. In addition, they are a certified Respiratory Therapy Technician from Independence University. Matt also has a certification from Coursera in Neural Networks and Deep Learning.
