Over the years, Kendall Held, MPH has gained diverse experience in healthcare, solutions design, research, and teaching. Kendall most recently worked at Clario, where they started in November 2021 as a Solutions Design Analyst II and progressed to become a Senior Solutions Design Analyst. They ultimately became the Team Lead, Solutions Design in August 2022.
Prior to Clario, Kendall worked at ERT as a Solutions Design Analyst from June 2020 to November 2021. They also had an internship at EMD Serono, Inc. as an Operational Design Center Intern from September to December 2019.
Kendall's earlier experiences include being a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Boston University from August 2019 to May 2020. They were also a Clinical Research Assistant at Boston University School of Medicine from June 2018 to August 2019, and a Graduate Research Assistant at RESIST-TB from February to October 2018.
Additionally, Kendall has contributed to cancer center implementation research at Boston Medical Center (BMC) as a Research Assistant from June to August 2019. They also completed an internship at the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union) as The Life Prize Intern from October to December 2017.

Kendall Held, MPH, holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a specialization in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the Boston University School of Public Health. Prior to their master's degree, Kendall Earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Science from Boston University. Kendall also has some experience in Global Public Health from their time at the University of Geneva. Additionally, in June 2018, Kendall obtained certification in BUMC HIPAA and Research Data Security from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
