Raphael Shore has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 1997, they worked at Aish Global as the Chief Operating Officer for nearly a decade, until 2006. In 2008, they founded Clarion Project and served as a Film Producer. In 2009, they founded and became the Executive Chairman of OpenDor Media (formerly Jerusalem U). Currently, since 2021, they are a Board Member at JNS.org.
Raphael Shore began their education in 1979, attending the University of Toronto. Raphael studied Film and History and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. In 1984, they attended Mir Yeshiva, where they focused on Talmudic Studies. Following this, from 1982 to 1987, they attended Yeshivat Aish HaTorah, where they pursued Talmud and Rabbinic Studies.
