With a diverse background in housing leadership, Paul has successfully led large operational teams across landlord services, notably restructuring services during their tenure as Managing Director of Hyde South East. They have demonstrated a commitment to customer engagement, enhancing satisfaction and reducing handling times in various director roles, including Director of Customer Experience. Paul possesses extensive knowledge of housing law and has played a pivotal role in guiding organizations through significant regulatory changes while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Paul earned a postgraduate diploma in Housing Studies from The University of Salford.
