Brett Ware is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the COE at Clarios since September 2018, responsibilities include strategic capital planning, project financial evaluation, and capacity analysis. In addition, Brett is the CEO of UV Brand Management LLC and President of Tightlines UV Lure Co., which specializes in manufacturing fishing tackle.
