Chad Steighner

Chad Steighner serves as the Chief Digital & Information Officer and Chief Information Officer at Clarios, a leader in low voltage automotive energy storage, since May 2019. Prior to Clarios, Chad held various roles at Johnson Controls, including Vice President of Information Technology for the Power Solutions division, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations and strategic investments exceeding $100 million annually. Chad's career also includes positions such as Systems Group Manager at Repete Corporation and experience as an engineering co-op at IBM and Kimberly-Clark. Chad holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and a BS in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
