Javier Broncano

Javier Broncano has over a decade of experience in laboratory and quality management roles, currently serving as Responsable Laboratorios Eléctrico y Químico at Clarios since February 2010. In this position, Javier oversees both the Electrical and Chemical Laboratories, leading a team of four in the planning, execution, and interpretation of physical-chemical tests, as well as method optimization. Previous roles include managing the Electrical Laboratory and working as a Quality Tech Process Control, alongside experience as a Product Manager Jr. at GlaxoSmithKline and as a Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention with Johnson Controls. Javier holds an MBA, a post-graduate degree in the pharmaceutical industry, and various certifications in quality and risk management, underscoring a solid academic foundation in chemistry and related fields.
