John Bidleman

John Bidleman is an experienced engineering and operations leader currently serving as Director of Manufacturing Engineering for U.S. Manufacturing Operations at Clarios since July 2020. Prior to this role, John Bidleman held various senior leadership positions at Exide Technologies from February 1996 to June 2020, including Senior Director of Facilities Engineering and Senior Director of Engineering Manufacturing Operations, where responsibilities included managing capital investments and driving operational excellence across seven manufacturing locations. John's career began at Johnson Controls in the SLI Battery Division, where roles in process engineering and operations management were undertaken from August 1992 to February 1996.
