Martin Šimko

Martin Šimko is currently the Global Infrastructure Hosting Manager at Clarios, where they lead the Global Infrastructure Security Cloud team, focusing on collaboration among IT architects and engineers to deliver secure IT solutions. They specialize in hybrid Azure/VMware environments and have a strong emphasis on security and ransomware resiliency, having recently designed and secured an Azure Landing zone-based environment using Terraform. Martin holds an Ing degree in Information Technology from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave and has previously held roles including IT Administrator at Gymnázium Pankúchova, Bratislava, and Senior Windows System Administrator at Johnson Controls.
