Matea Simunovic

Matea Simunovic is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Financial Manager and Commercial Controller for South East Europe at Clarios since February 2023. With a robust background in financial analysis and accounting, Matea previously held various roles at IBM from February 2015 to January 2017, including Accounting Analyst for France, Benelux, and Nordics, as well as Financial Analyst for the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Slovakia. Prior experience includes a summer trainee position at the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a call center agent role at HT ERONET. From April 2019 to January 2023, Matea worked at Johnson Controls, progressing from Senior Statutory Accountant to Statutory Lead in the Country Finance Services Center of Excellence. Academically, Matea holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
