Michael Boyle

Michael Boyle currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Clarios, a role which involves driving strategic alignment and overseeing high-level initiatives for the executive leadership team. With a comprehensive background in corporate programs, mergers and acquisitions, and continuous improvement, Michael's previous positions at Clarios include Director of Corporate Programs and M&A Director of Transition Management Office. Prior to Clarios, Michael held various leadership roles at Johnson Controls, spanning from Director of Mergers and Acquisitions to Continuous Improvement Lead, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional IT teams and leading strategic M&A efforts. Michael holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from the Lubar College of Business.
