Reginaldo Pedro has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, having worked at Clarios since October 2002 as a Multiplicador de Conhecimento, specializing in high-performance team collaboration and professional training. Prior to this, Reginaldo held various production roles at Johnson Controls from November 2002 to September 2018, demonstrating leadership in high-performance teams and contributing to continuous improvement projects that achieved significant cost reductions. Reginaldo's early career included positions at Wobben Windpower, where skills in laminating wind turbine blades were developed, and at Dib Textil Ltda focusing on material inspection. Currently, Reginaldo is pursuing a degree in People Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Centro Universitário UniFatecie.
