Ryan Kersten is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and reliability within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as a Regional Manufacturing Process Engineer at Clarios since November 2019, Ryan has progressed through various engineering roles including Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer II and Continuous Improvement Engineer (Black Belt). Prior experience includes a tenure at Air Methods from October 2012 to October 2019, where Ryan functioned as a Reliability Engineer, overseeing the performance of over 400 aircraft and conducting in-depth trend analysis and root cause investigations to enhance reliability.
