Scott Behrens

Scott Behrens is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Director of US and Canada Operations at Clarios since April 2019, Scott manages a team of 54 employees and oversees the operations of a union plant with over 270 team members. Previous roles at Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc. included Plant Superintendent and Continuous Improvement and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed staff recruitment, operational oversight, and process optimization, achieving significant productivity increases and cost savings. Scott's career began as a Field Engineer at Chicago Bridge and Iron. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Benedictine University.
