Stephen Mai

Stephen Mai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Identity Security at Clarios since May 2019, Stephen successfully led the development of an IAM platform for the world's largest auto battery manufacturer. Prior to this role, Stephen held various senior positions at Kohl's Department Stores, managing significant IAM initiatives and infrastructure projects. Stephen's career also includes significant contributions to web development at companies such as Harley-Davidson Motor Company and The Revere Group, along with early experience in developing online courseware at the University of Minnesota. Stephen holds an Executive MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, an M.S. in Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
