Steve Garrett

Steve Garrett is an accomplished Plant Manager with extensive experience in manufacturing operations spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Clarios since April 2022, Steve previously held key positions such as Director of Manufacturing at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and Plant Operations Manager at Dutch Made Custom Cabinetry. Prior roles include Plant Manager and various leadership positions at Comprehensive Logistics Co., Inc., Johnson Controls, and Greatbatch Medical, where responsibilities included implementing Continuous Improvement methods, Lean manufacturing principles, and fostering a safety culture. Steve began the career at General Motors, supervising high-volume production and leading safety initiatives. Steve holds a B.S. in Finance from Ball State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Saint Francis.
