Our Remote Patient Monitoring (Claris Continuum), Social Isolation (Claris Companion) and Acute Rehabilitation (Claris reflex) configurations require no on-site installation, setup or training - they work right out of the box.

Providers use Claris Continuum to engage and monitor patients with chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, CPOD, etc.  The sophisticated caregiver portal simplifies recording of activities for RPM billings, helping to maximize revenues.

Family members use Claris Companion to communicate  with and monitor their aging loved-ones remotely.  Companion is designed to be accessible to even the most techno-phobic users and can be deployed into the homes of locked-down seniors without the need for installation, setup or taining. 

Providers use Claris Reflex to guide patients through rehabilitation after acute interventions - providing timely advice and coaching in the home using customized Care Programs.  Patients report better overall satisfaction due to simpler communication with care providers, access to instructional videos and information, as well as direct feedback on their recovery performance. 

The Claris platform offers a wide range of deployment options - from fully integrated kits provide by Clairs through 'bring your own device' for those patients who have their own smart phones or tablets, through 'direct to cloud' vital signs devices that require no mobile device in the home at all.  Providers can choose any mixture of device options for their patients, all reporting back to one common care portal.
