Ross Fields

Ross Fields is currently serving as the RVP of Business Development at Claritev since March 2025. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Business Development Manager at Navigate from December 2022 to February 2025, where effective collaboration with finance executives and HR leaders led to enhanced wellbeing strategies and significant cost savings for clients. Ross also held the role of Broker Channel Manager at ADP from June 2018 to December 2022, and previously worked as an Outside Risk Management Consultant at Sony Electronics. Prior to that, Ross served as VP of Environmental Risk at Leavitt Group and as a Commercial Insurance Broker at HUB International. Education includes a B.S. in US History from Ball State University and a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation from the Insurance School of Hartford.
