John Plunkett

John Plunkett, CPA, CA, serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance at Clariti, focusing on enhancing community development and permitting solutions for North America's rapidly growing communities. Previously, John held the role of Executive Vice President Corporate Development at CloudMD, overseeing significant acquisitions and corporate strategy, including a pivotal position as Chief Financial Officer where leadership was provided to a 30-member team in various financial disciplines. John has extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector, including managing a successful IPO at MindBeacon and strategic financial leadership at LifeWorks, D+H, and Morneau Shepell. John’s career began at KPMG and Ernst & Young, where solid foundations in auditing were established. Academic credentials include an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Additionally, John completed the CFO Leadership Beyond Finance Program at Queen's University.
