Clarity is a husband-and-wife venture built on decades of experience across technology, retail, and hospitality. Originally created for consulting we’ve evolved into something more meaningful: hands-on mentoring combined with fractional CTO leadership.

We realised the people we worked with didn’t just need answers. They needed space to think clearly, confidence in what to prioritise, and someone to help them make sure they stick to the plan! So we built our approach around that.

Our mentoring helps founders, leaders and teams bring clarity to prioritisation, problem solving, execution and of course accountability (which we have found to be the hardest pill to swallow). This service allows us to mentor founders and leaders into understanding their business needs, whilst providing the practical skills in the interim.

Chris brings over 20 years in tech, spanning delivery, engineering, leadership, and growth. Jess brings deep experience in operations, people, and performance. Together, we combine our expertise to help others avoid the mistakes we’ve made (and learnt from).
