Daniel Brown is a Support Engineer at Clarity Software Group since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in IT support from previous roles at Purplebricks. At Purplebricks, Daniel served as Interim Support Team Leader, managing a team, conducting one-on-one meetings, and overseeing workload distribution. Daniel started as a First Line Tech Support Analyst, providing IT assistance to customers and employees, triaging tickets, and escalating issues as necessary. Earlier, Daniel was a Central Property Expert, addressing customer inquiries and managing viewings. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a 3D and UI Artist at Tanuki Tech and completed a Bachelor's degree in Game Development at Falmouth University, with a focus on both 2D and 3D art for various game projects. Daniel's educational background also includes multiple BTEC diplomas in IT and computer software engineering from Solihull College.
