Philippa Collier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Philippa started their career in 1999 as a Recruitment and Retention Manager at Whitbread. Philippa then moved on to work at David Lloyd Leisure, where they served as an HR Manager and later became a General Manager. In 2007, they joined Premier Inn as an Operations Project Manager. Philippa is currently working at clarity as the Operations Director, and has previously held the positions of Head of Client Service and HR and Marketing Manager.
Philippa Collier attended the University of Birmingham from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography and French Combined Honours. Additionally, they obtained a certification titled "Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin" from LinkedIn in 2019.
