Michael Hancock has extensive experience in software engineering and technical client engagement, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Clarivate since October 2021. Prior to this, Michael held various roles including Director of Technical Client Engagement, Development Centre Manager, and Product Development Manager at CPA Global since March 2013, and Integration Manager at Computer Patent Annuities Ltd since 2005. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Eruditus from 2001 to 2005, specializing in IT and business consultancy for SMEs, and working as an IT Systems Consultant at De Montfort University from 1994 to 2001. Michael holds an MA Hons in History from the University of St Andrews and has educational background from De Montfort University and Stowe School.
