Ofer Mosseri

Ofer Mosseri currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for Academia and Government at Clarivate, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Ofer was the General Manager at Ex Libris from December 2021 to January 2023, overseeing operations for a leading EdTech SaaS company that supports over 7,500 universities worldwide. Prior roles include General Manager for EMEA at ProQuest, where Ofer managed P&L for the combined operations of ProQuest and Ex Libris, and General Manager for EMEA at Ex Libris, with full CEO responsibilities across multiple European regions. A significant tenure at NICE Systems included roles as Vice President for Solution Sales and Business Development EMEA and VP of Marketing, where Ofer led initiatives that propelled the organization into cloud and SaaS markets. Ofer's career began in 1999 as Director of Global Training and Consulting Services at NICE Systems Ltd., and includes earlier positions in sales and the military. Ofer holds an MBA from the University of Haifa and has completed the High Performance Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
