Tim O'Neill

Tim O'Neill is an Implementation Consultant at Ex Libris, where they have been a member of the Professional Services EMEA team since 2023, providing consulting and guidance during library software product implementations. Previously, Tim held various positions at The University of Manchester Library, including Electronic Resources Assistant, Electronic Resources Co-ordinator, and Systems Support Analyst (eResources). Tim also worked as a Web Content Officer at The University of Manchester and earned a BA (Hons) in European Studies and Modern Languages (German) from The University of Manchester, followed by an MA in Library and Information Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
