Todd Downey

Todd Downey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in total rewards and human resources operations. Currently, Todd serves as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Clarivate, having progressed through various leadership roles including Vice President of Global Total Rewards and Vice President of HR Operations & Program Office. Prior to joining Clarivate in June 2021, Todd spent over 34 years at Cerner Corporation, where key accomplishments included leading a team responsible for the global compensation and benefits strategy for 28,000 employees across 25 countries and overseeing payroll operations. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a Data Processing Emphasis, both from William Jewell College.
