Clark (formerly uiAgent) is the collaborative AI platform for assurance.

Our agent, Ava, works inside live engagements alongside your auditors, running the substantive fieldwork that swallows busy season: testing full populations, tying out, vouching, recalculating, and building the workpapers to support it. Partners stay in control of every opinion.

The judgment, the client relationships, and the signature stay exactly where they belong, with the firm, because in a world generating economic data at machine speed, that licensed signature is the trust the entire system runs on.

The result is a better audit, delivered faster, and a profession that finally gets to do the work people became CPAs to do.
