Les Lee Shell

Les Lee Shell has extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as Deputy County Manager, Chief Administrative Officer, and Director of the Office of Risk Management at Clark County since October 2001. Prior to this role, Les Lee Shell held the position of Deputy at the State of Montana from 1994 to 2000. Les Lee Shell earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Montana State University-Bozeman between 1996 and 2000, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Carroll College from 1990 to 1994.
