Clark Development Corporation

In April 1993, the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) was organized as a subsidiary of the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) under Executive Order No. 80 which is tasked to operate, administer, manage, and develop Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ) and Clark Special Economic Zone (CSEZ).
