Clark HR Council

Clark Human Resources Council (CHRC) was formed in August 2009. It envisions becoming the primary venue for communication, coordination and cooperation among Labor, Human Resource and Industrial Relations practitioners in the Clark Freeport Zone and Central Luzon.
