Andrew Lear

Andrew Lear is an experienced legal counsel, admitted as a Solicitor by the Law Society of England and Wales in 2000. They have worked across diverse industries including insurance, recruitment, and healthcare. Most recently, Andrew serves as Senior Legal Counsel at CLARK UK®, following a role as Legal Counsel at Raytheon UK. Their previous experiences include leadership positions such as Director at DAS Law and Managing Solicitor at CW Law Solicitors, where they successfully established and expanded departments, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Andrew holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a LLB from the University of the West of England, as well as a Diploma CII from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
