Dr. Christopher Oster

Dr. Christopher Oster is a distinguished executive with extensive experience in the technology and insurance sectors. Since 2015, Dr. Oster has served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CLARK, a leading European insurance distributor utilizing a mobile application to serve 2 million customers in five countries. Additionally, Dr. Oster contributes as a Supervisory Board Member at CLARK and as a member of the EintrachtTech Advisory Board since 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Operating Officer at Wimdu, an online holiday apartment booking platform backed by Rocket Internet, from 2010 to 2015, and a consultancy position at the Boston Consulting Group from 2006 to 2010. Dr. Oster holds a doctoral degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and has further education from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, Grenoble Ecole de Management, and the University of Gothenburg.
