Simon Gervais

Simon Gervais is a New York Times bestselling author and former Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer specializing in protective operations. After serving on the protective details of three Canadian prime ministers, Gervais retired from the RCMP in 2014 to pursue a career as a full-time novelist. Their debut novel, *THE THIN BLACK LINE*, was published in 2015 and became a bestseller, leading to the successful Mike Walton thriller series and the Pierce Hunt series under Thomas & Mercer. Gervais continues to write and has several upcoming titles scheduled for release. Additionally, they hold limited partner positions at various firms and have experience as an Infantry Officer in the Canadian Forces.
