Clarke County Hospital is a critical access hospital in southern Iowa that continues to grow in order to provide our community quality services close to home. 

We are excited to share with you the progress on our ongoing hospital expansion projects, which encompasses 63,000 square feet of additions and renovations to the hospital. Major project additions include a new Rural Health Clinic with seven day a week walk-in services, a new registration area with increased privacy for patients, a larger Outpatient Services area with more exam and treatment rooms, an expanded Specialty Clinic and Professional Services Center to meet the space demands for the increasing number of specialists at Clarke County Hospital, a larger Auxiliary Gift Shop located in the new lobby, and a new centralized main entrance which will provide easy access for patients to all services at Clarke County Hospital. Renovations also include a larger Emergency Department, an employee computer lab, a new business office with better accessibility, and expanded telehealth services.
