Rafael Sánchez

Rafael Sánchez is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance, Salesforce administration, and systems management. Currently serving as the SW QA Team Leader at Claro RD since March 2005, Rafael oversees a team of eight Test Engineers in end-to-end UAT testing activities. Rafael's diverse career includes roles as a Salesforce Administrator and Team Leader at Albee Associates and as a consultant at Luz y Fuerza Las Terrenas. With a strong background in database management and network administration from previous positions at various companies including Verizon International and Banco del Trabajo, Rafael has consistently demonstrated expertise in project planning, system development, and technical leadership. Rafael holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo.
