Clarum has been pushing the envelope of sustainable, high-end building since 1994. The result: a portfolio of beautiful, efficient, and amazingly comfortable homes.

Based in Palo Alto, we offer design-build and general contracting services for both new construction and extensive renovation projects.

We use our decades of combined home building and design experience to build to the highest standards of quality and innovation. We’re dedicated to using eco-friendly practices and green building materials to create comfortable, healthy, and energy efficient homes for our customers. And we bend over backwards to provide exceptional client service, ongoing communication, and great listening skills throughout the home building process.

At Clarum, we’re transforming the way custom homes are built.
