James McAdam, MBA, FCA, is an experienced professional in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. They began their career at KPMG UK as an Assistant Audit Manager, where they completed audits across various industries before moving on to roles in internal auditing and financial analysis at IMI plc and IMI Precision Engineering-NAS. Most recently, they served as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Clarus Corporation, where they implemented new forecasting processes and conducted market analysis for strategic planning. James holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Birmingham and an MBA in Corporate Strategy & Finance from the University of Michigan.
