John M. Shearn, MSW, LBS, is the Regional Behavior Support Services Director with extensive experience in behavioral support and program management. Previously, John served as the Director of Behavior Support Services at Clarvida, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-county behavioral support programs and generating significant revenue increases. Prior to that, John held roles as a Behavior Specialist and Program Supervisor at Supportive Concepts for Families, supervising operations for clients with developmental and physical disabilities.
