Fred Sherman (He/Him/His)

Fred Sherman has more than 20 years senior management experience and is currently the Chief Operating Officer of CLASP, overseeing operations, IT, finance, and legal. He has held senior leadership positions for the nonprofit organizations BoardSource and the Victory Fund and Leadership Institute, and prior to that spent more than 15 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Fred has a history of community service and engagement and currently serves on the boards of several international organizations and has held leadership positions in each. Fred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA/CGMA.
