In this role, Janet will serve as a key partner in bridging HR needs between our Kenya team and global teams. She will play a vital role in ensuring that our local HR concerns are effectively communicated and addressed with leadership and the broader HR team. Janet will also actively support the implementation of global HR initiatives across the organization, helping us maintain a unified and thriving workplace.
Janet comes to us with extensive experience working with diverse organizations in the startup mobility and clean cooking sectors. She has a strong passion for people and brings a wealth of expertise in employee engagement and management. Prior to joining CLASP, Janet served as the HR Manager at HomeBiogas Ventures, where she supported teams in Kenya and Rwanda.
Janet is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organization Development at the United States International University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Daystar University. Her knowledge and dedication will surely contribute greatly to our organization’s growth and success.
