Mark Ferguson

Mark Ferguson, PMP, MBA, is currently the VP of Mergers & Acquisitions at Class Valuation, where they leverage their extensive experience in business and project management. They previously held leadership roles at Meridian Health Plan and Learning Care Group, managing complex transformational projects and leading teams. With a background in operations and client implementation services at Encore Capital Group, Mark has demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives and develop project management methodologies. Mark earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Central Michigan University and an MBA in International Management, Strategy, and Finance from Wayne State University.
