David Barone

David Barone currently serves as the Head of Global Digital Learning at Takeda, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the company's Learning and Talent Development technology strategy to foster a culture of lifelong learning across a global workforce of over 50,000 employees. In addition to this role, David is a Strategic Advisor for Class Technologies Inc. and Cognota, offering insights on educational technology and learning operations. Previously, David held various leadership positions at Comcast for over a decade, including Vice President roles in Learning, Talent Development, and Innovation, where David transformed learning strategies for over 100,000 employees. David's career began at Exelon, where operational leadership roles were held from 1992 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Marquette University, a Master’s in Management from Penn State Great Valley, and additional studies at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
