Ed Miller is the SVP, Strategy & Business Development at Class. Ed was previously the CEO of NovoEd from 2016 to 2020, and before that, the Business Unit President at Blackboard from 2007 to 2014. Prior to that, they were with DataHero, Inc. from 2015 to 2016.

At NovoEd, Ed Miller was responsible for leading the company to a 10x increase in ARR. Ed also successfully raised the necessary capital and drove the process that resulted in NovoEd's successful acquisition by Fidelity Investments. In addition, they facilitated the pivot of business model from B2C sales of courses and content to the B2B delivery of an Enterprise SAAS platform for collaborative online learning.

At Blackboard, Ed Miller was responsible for raising capital, retaining key members of the founding team, and recruiting new talent to fill financial and marketing leadership roles.
