VP, Global Sales Operations at Class

Russell Teter is the Vice President of Global Sales Operations at Class. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales Enablement and Training for Yelp in Washington, DC. In this role, Russell was responsible for overseeing sales training and operations for 400+ account executives. Russell also delivered thousands of hours of sales trainings on sales techniques and fundamentals.

In addition to sales training, Russell also developed a curriculum for multiple styles of learning and oversaw the implementation of a Learning Management Software (LMS). Thanks to their efforts, Yelp’s salesforce was able to improve their KPIs and better understand product roll-outs.

Russell Teter earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and Theirtory from Tulane University.

They are on a team with John Fontaine - Chief Learning Technology Officer, Ed Miller - SVP, Strategy & Business Development, and Mike Lovell - SVP, Marketing. and Sam Bush-Joseph - Director of Sales Development reports to Russell Teter. Russell Teter reports to Michael Chasen, Co-Founder and CEO.
