정진 이 has a diverse work experience in the field of UX (User Experience) research and design. In 2017, they worked as a UX Designer at 라이트베이스 and gained hands-on experience in creating user-friendly designs. 정진 then moved on to MACROMILL, INC. in 2018, where they worked as a Research Staff Member, contributing to various research projects. In 2019, 정진 이 joined Koh Young Technology, Inc. as a UX Designer, specializing in designing and optimizing user experiences. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a UX Writing Consultant at 이스트문컨설팅, where they provided expertise in UX writing. Currently, 정진 이 is employed at CLASS101 as a UX Researcher & Writer, utilizing their skills in research and writing to enhance user experiences.

정진 이 earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical System Design Engineering from the University of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2019. Following that, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in smart design engineering at the Graduate School of Industrial Design Engineering at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
