Ludivine Brachet

Ludivine Brachet is currently the Responsable for Class’Croute in Angers and Le Mans. They have held multiple roles within Class’Croute, starting as an employee in the service restoration and later serving as Assistant Manager and then Manager. Ludivine also gained experience as a Sales Representative at Be-U Cosmétiques and completed an internship in export operations management at DIFAGRI. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Excelia Group La Rochelle and a BTS in International Business from St Félix-La Salle.
