Cyrena Chih

Cyrena Chih is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at ClassDojo since January 2025 and as the Founder/CPO of Their Ally. Previously, Cyrena held the position of Vice President of Product for Off-Premise and New Businesses at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. from January 2024 to January 2025, and served as Senior Director of Product Management at ServiceNow between January 2019 and January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Product & Business Development for Khan Academy Kids from January 2016 to January 2019, where Cyrena led the development of an adaptive early learning platform. Cyrena holds a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
