Michael Rodriguez

Michael Rodriguez currently serves as the Dean of Students at DSST Public Schools and as a Virtual Literacy Instructor for ClassDojo, creating and implementing individualized literacy lesson plans. Michael has previously worked as a Multi-Language Educator at Highline Academy Charter Schools, where responsibilities included developing data-driven instruction in English Language Development and promoting DEI practices in education. Additional experience includes roles as a Student Teacher and Camp Counselor, as well as positions in customer service and event coordination. Michael holds a Master of Education from the University of Colorado Denver with endorsements in Bilingual Education and a Bachelor's degree in History Secondary Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
